My books are currently closed. I book 1 month at a time. The next form will be available on February 1st.
You can find my booking request form posted below at 10 am on every 1st of the month. This form will only be open for 12 hours.
Unfortunately, filling out this form does not guarantee an appointment.
My only form of booking an appointment is through calendly.com and payments are sent via PayPal. I do not use Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp for deposits.

MY BOOKS ARE CLOSED
On the 1st of each month you can click the link below to fill out a tattoo request form. Filling out a form does not guarantee you will be able to book an appointment. Unfortunately due to the amount of requests I receive, I am not able to book every request. I always prioritize booking pet portraits, micro-realism, or pieces that give me more creative freedom. My rate is $250/hr for smaller projects, $200/hr for large scale projects & I have a $150 minimum. I do not currently take color tattoo requests or do cover up tattoos. I work Tues-Friday, no exceptions.
If your request is chosen, you will receive a booking link with a price estimate around 2 weeks after your form was submitted from this email; Artworkbygia@gmail.com.
Please check for extra letters in the email & beware of scammers. I only book appointments through Calendly.com & take deposits only through PayPal. I do not have an assistant & I do not take deposits through Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp. Deposits are always $200 + taxes & fees. I do not take full payments before your appointment. I will never contact you first via TikTok or Instagram to book an appointment.
TOUCHUP FORM
This form is for return clients only & touchups on my work only.
Please fill out this form if you feel that your tattoo needs a touchup. Make sure to include a photo of the healed tattoo, clearly showing the area you would like touched up.
