Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. I am more than happy to reschedule you if you need to move your appointment, but I cannot refund your deposit.
If I need to reschedule your appointment on my terms & you cannot reschedule, I am more than happy to cancel your appointment & refund your deposit.

Reschedule Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. You are able to reschedule your appointment & move your deposit over one time only & must be within 72 hours of your appointment.
If you ask to reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited & you will need to put down a new deposit & book a new appointment.
I understand life happens sometimes!
if you are sick please let me know & I will reschedule you.
If the weather is extreme (rain, snow, ice) & you are not comfortable driving, I will reschedule you.
If something happens please just reach out! I'm very reasonable:)
Late Policy
If you are going to be late to your appointment please reach out to me!
If you are making a long drive, please give yourself time in advance to account for traffic or any stops you may have to take!
I have a 10 minute grace period.
After 10 minutes without reaching out to me, I will forfeit half of your deposit.
20+ minutes late you will forfeit your entire deposit.
Being 30+ minutes late will result in a cancellation to your appointment & you will lose your deposit.
Even if you will only be a few minutes late, please let me know via email or instagram dm, I appreciate your consideration of my time!
